We offer physical therapy services since 1986
Gail Pekelis has been developing Rehab Specialists Inc. based on the current needs of existing physical therapy patients. As a result, we are excited to announce a new menu of treatments including occupational therapy, speech therapy and home care services.
The goal of all therapy at Rehab Specialists Inc. is to provide a breadth of quality services in order that each client finds necessary, appropriate treatments for enduring healing. All treatments begin with a comprehensive evaluation of the individual’s physical complaint and conditions. A treatment plan is designed to address the assessment findings and to meet the individual’s personal therapy goals.

Our Philosophy
Rehab Specialists Inc. (RSI) was established in Santa Monica, CA in 1986 and opened a second location in Beverly Hills, CA in 1996 and a third last year in Encino, CA. In addition to our offices, RSI continues to provide home physical therapy services by medical necessity.

Jason Chen
Jason Chen
Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science from UCLA in 2001 and a Doctor of physical therapy degree from USC in 2006. He has been a licensed physical therapist since 2006.

Lauren was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2019. She received her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.

Jennifer PT, DPT, EdD is a New York native who graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative Science in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2004.

Stephanie is a native Angeleno. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA., during which she studied and began specializing.

Becky Kern PT, DPT, MS, OCS graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelors in Education. After teaching for 4 years she moved on to pursue physical therapy.

Sue Klein
Sue Klein, a graduate of Russell Sage College with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy and over 35 years of experience, began working at Downstate Medical Center from 1974-1976.

Celia has worked as a physical therapist for 33 years in a variety of settings, including acute and outpatient care, inpatient neurological rehabilitation and work reconditioning.
